Terms and conditions of sale
Annual rates are guaranteed in euros, VAT included. Entrance fees to monuments, lunches and meals, tips and tastings are not included unless mentioned in the description. Return times for excursions are approximate, depending on traffic. Excursions are subject to availability and sold until 7pm the day before departure.
Children: up to 3 years, free.
Child safety seats are provided by Nice Immersion.
Insurance
During the entire day, Nice Immersion is responsible for its customers. Nice Immersion cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings inside or outside the vehicle. Departure guaranteed with a minimum of 1 person for a private tour. For an excursion, a supplement of €10 per person is applied for departure outside Nice.
These general conditions of sale and cancellation fees take precedence over French consumer law L121-20-4..
Cancellation fees
Cancellation by the customer :
- No penalties up to 48 hours before departure
- From 48 hours to day of departure: no refund
- No refund if the tour has been intentionally stopped by the customer or if people have missed the tour due to a delay.
Cancellation due to Nice Immersion
Nice Immersion cannot be held responsible if the trip is delayed or prevented due to force majeure or fortuitous event, the fault of the other party or a third party or external causes such as unrest, intervention by civil or military authorities, natural disasters, strikes, external causes, cultural events, road closures, fire, water damage, malfunction or interruption of the network or telecommunications network.
Force majeure is defined as any event external to the Party affected, unforeseeable, irresistible and insurmountable, which prevents Nice Immersion from performing all or part of its obligations under this Contract.
In all cases, we will do our utmost to limit the duration and effects of an act of God, force majeure or external cause. In the event of force majeure, the customer may not require Nice Immersion to pay compensation. Any payment for an excursion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
